Seems like a good purchase

This microwave replaced a very expensive one from another manufacturer that stopped working twice in less than 5 years. I like everything about this microwave and it cost me less than half the price of the one it replaced. I've only had it for a month, but so far it cooks and heats very well. I use my microwave quite a bit, and so far...so good. I only gave it 4 stars, because I haven't had it very long. I have no complaints yet.

Just what we needed

We were looking for an efficient, easy to use microwave. I don't use my microwave to cook, only reheat, so we weren't looking for anything fancy. This fits the bill. Simple controls, nice clean buttons and the hidden vent makes the kitchen look a lot nicer. The microwave is a bit loud and I would have preferred an LED light so I could leave it on more and not feel like I'm wasting money/electricity. Otherwise, it's just what we needed.

Unit works very well. Easy to use, large interior cooking area.One complaint I would have would be the exhaust fan. It moves the smoke/ air from over the stove directly into the upper cabinets, would be better if it vented outside in my opinion.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Is our second Whirlpool microwave. We are doing a kitchen update, changing to stainless appliances. We were so happy with our last Whirlpool, we replaced it with another. My favorite feature is the butter melt/soften button.My only wish would be a more cabinet depth design. This microwave as well, as the last Whirlpool, sticks out from under the cabinet more than I would like. I originally had a Sharp that was not as deep.Very user friendly and stylish.
