Bought this to replace an LG model that quit after 17 months...warranty over. Only complaint I have is it seems to take longer to defrost than other micros I've had.

This OTR microwave has been great. It was a relatively simple install with clear concise directions. And it has worked fantastically since then. We love all the different heating options that are available from thawing to softening to straight cooking. This appliance has been a boon to our cooking. Thank you Whirlpool!!

Good Fit

We bought this microwave to replace the over-the-stove GE one we've had for 7 years. It fit well in the space we had and works great! I like the blue light for the clock. I do miss the reaccuring buzzer when the timer goes off. This buzzer only goes off once, but I can live with that.

The microwave works well. It is a little louder at the start up than my previous unit, but as long as it looks good and cooks well, I don't mind.

Easy installation, great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this about 2 weeks ago, and have been very pleased so far. Installation instructions were very easy to follow, and not at all confusing. The fan is a bit noisy, and it would be nice to have a 3 speed fan, but overall, we can live with that. We settled on Stainless Steel, but preferred Bisque color, but it wasn't available. Perhaps Bisque is being phased out.

The product has more features than I suspected. Real easyto use. I have never cooked in a microwave before found itvery easy after I read the manual (which I found easy tounderstand. I have used every feature. (amazing)
