The unit is very attractive and convenient to use. Being above the cooktop reduces clutter in the kitchen. We are very happy with it up to this point in time.

I replaced my microwave when we installed a Whirlpool suite of appliances recently. This microwave is efficient, smarter and easier to use. Even the sound of the door closing impresses me over my former one! The sleek styling compliments and replicates the overall suite appearance and raises the bar in my kitchen!

This is first time for me to have an OTR microwave. It seems to function the way it should, so we have no complaints about that. The oven cavity seems much wider than necessary, but I am guessing that is simply to conform to the standard width of an OTR microwave. This one heats a little faster than my last one, so I am getting used to the timing needed for this microwave to accomplish whatever task I am working on. It does seem louder than my last one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great value for the money

Very pleased with my new microwave; had waited for quite a long time to purchase one and finally was forced to when my old one went out. This is a very attractive, compact, and easy to use microwave. There were many other more expensive models, but I'm happy with the one I bought>

I like the features and the ease of use. It is a little loud as our kitchen living area is all one room but not sure that any other microwave would be any better.
