Great features

I bought this about 2 months ago and am very happy with it. I am very pleased with how it operates and my favorite feature is the 30 sec button. I love whirlpool appliances. My stove was hit by a power surge the same time my microwave was and it only damaged the oven. Since we are on fixed income the new stove will have to wait awhile but I promise you it will be a whirlpool.

Remodeled kitchen and finally had a need for above range microwave. It was nicest for price, appearance and quality. I own other whirlpool appliances so it was the one I trust!

A little confusing

It is a good product overall with many features. However, I find having to open the door and look at the instructions printed on the inside to use the special features (defrosting, warming, etc.) a little confusing. Other microwaves that have prompts built in when you press the feature buttons are easier to use. I also wish there was one-touch cooking (1-6 minutes) and a pause button. If you want to open the door during cooking you have to press cancel and reenter your cooking instructions.
