Ok - does the job

Had to replace a previous version of this Whirlpool microwave. So far I am satisfied with it. The learning curve wasn't to difficult from the previous one. It was a little larger than the previous but that turned out to be a good thing. It protudes out into the space above my stove more than before, but this makes it easier to take dishes out of it. Runs extremely quiet. Has a brighter light which is also a plus. The only complaint I have is it does not seem to heat things as efficiently as its' predecessor. I find I have to stir and put things back in for an extra 30 sec. to a minute to heat thru completely.

EASY TO USE

AFTER INSALLATION WHICH WAS A BIT HARD, THE EASE OF USE IS GOOD WITH SIMPLE DIRECTIONS INSIDE FOR READY REFERENCE. IT DOESN'T DEFROST AS GOOD (FAST) FAST AS OUR OLD ONE EVEN THOUGH IT HAS SAME WATTAGE, BUT WE ARE ADJUSTING TO IT. MAYBE IT IS BETTER THAT IT IS A BIT SLOWER. FOR PRICE, VERY GOOD. DIDN'T NEED ALL THE FANNY STUFF

Hubby installed this easily and we were in business in record time. The controls are easy to understand and use. The design is very attractive. A nice addition to our kitchen.

OUR LAST MICROWAVE WAS A GE AND THERE IS NO COMPARISON SO MUCH EASIER TO USE AND MORE STURDY I HAVE TWO TEENAGERS AT HOME AND THEY LOVE IT.
