Excellent product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My microwave/hood was installed in the home I purchased but is the best microwave I've ever had. It's a perfect size, has more cooking options than my previous GE model. I'm very pleased to now own this unit.

Nice basic microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm only giving this review two stars because the outside of this microwave scratches very easily. My old Whirlpool microwave didn't have this problem. This microwave is made of a different kind of plastic that scratches even w/paper towels. I even read the manual & it suggests to clean the outside w/paper towels. You don't want to do this. Instead, you'll want to use a microfiber cloth w/soap & water. Other than that, I like the microwave. It is basic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use. Having codes on inside of the door is an asset. No fumbling for a booklet or cd. none technology savvy husband can use it without problems.Simplifies life. Glad it was purchased last this May! Am a Whirlpool fan.

Control Panel Blew in 9 months.

Glad I Chose This One

I needed to replace my beat up old GE over-the-range microwave and decided on this Whirlpool model because of many good online reviews and because it matches my Whirlpool electric range. Very powerful unit, heats food really fast, and the exhaust fan gets rid of smoke efficiently.

Love my new Whirlpool microwave. Efficient, adds much to the 'look' of the kitchen. Equally important, Shouse personnel were fantastic and installation people helpful and efficient.
