Just got the microwave a few months ago. The design is pretty and easy to clean. The features are easy to use! So far its been great!

Bad lighting

I haven't used the microwave yet, since we just got it installed today, so I can't say how it works. My issue with it is that the light for the stove is so far in the back, it basically just lights up the control panel. I have no light on my front burners, which is where I do the majority of my cooking. Our previous microwave was a Whirlpool as well, but did not have this issue. It's my fault for not looking at this when I purchased the microwave, but why would it be designed so poorly? And how does it have so many positive reviews, does no one else cook with the stove?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has some nice features including the "bagel button." Our name for the 30 second button since we use it to cook bagels. It's easy to install and easy to use. The one drawback is that it does not have the express cook for 1-6.

GREAT MICROWAVE!!

Love this microwave! The interior is slightly larger than other I looked at. That "slightly" makes room for 2 casseroles or 2 baking dishes!! I cleans so easily with just a damp sponge. It was a terrific value and I'll be buying Whirlpool from now on.
