looks and works better than the old one that failed

My son bought this one for me and it is just the right one for our kitchen and white looks better than black in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the product and know that the Whirlpool name says it stands for quality and long use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The husband and I both love the microwave, and this one goes over the stove so it saves counter space.It's so easy to use. The quick use features are very easy to operate.

It's big!

It is nice and big and works well. My only complaint is that the instructions were contradictory in terms of measurements of where to install the metal plate. It was a gift and the person had removed the box so I had no template. When I installed a similar model at my mom's the template was incorrect. I just put the bottom of it where it was supposed to be and made the marks. They did not measure right according to the instructions but it worked.
