My first having a microwave over stove top burners and I find it to be a usefull spot. My Whirpool microwave has been an excellent product.

Great Buy

I bought this about two months ago, and couldn't be happier. I did install it my self and it was pretty easy to do so. The handle on this one seems to be strong, my other one that was a Frigidaire broke.

Worked great for a year

Easy to use but only lasted a year. A microwave that costs this much should last a lot longer. Decided to get a microwave that matched our fridge and stove. Wish we would have gotten a cheap one because they actually last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't Go Wrong

Install is easy. Unit works flawlessly. The two speed fan is much quieter than my old unit. Programming is easy. Black unit goes well with other appliances in kitchen. There are a couple of features that were on my old unit that this unit does not have. One is the turntable cannot be turned "Off", the second feature missing is the ability to "Pause" the cycle when you want to check the food temperature. You have to "Cancel" and that means resetting time. Although these features would have been nice, it should not be a deal breaker. Would recommend.
