The microwave has really nice features and I am enjoying having this product. I had a counter model before and this one is so much better.I like the recessed turntable and the size of the microwave. Very nice.

we replaced a working 17 yr old microwave , couldn't resist the black friday deals. looks great, works great, installed fairly easily with a few changes to existing space. If it holds up for 17yrs. I will be very happy

The first came damaged. Had dent on top and missing bolt for screw to fit in from cabinet above.

Fan? no, JET ENGINE!

If I never have to use the exhaust fan I would really like my new microwave...but like any home, we have to use the fan when we cook. It's like being on the flight deck when the F-16's are taking off...and that's when the fan is on "low".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but the glass tray is very easily displaced

This microwave is sleek and stylish and fairly easy to use. the biggest problem is that the glass tray can be knocked off it's base very easily. A paper towel that is slightly off center is sufficient to stop rotation. Other than that I am happy with this appliance thus far.
