[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Am very pleased with the microwave. The one thing I would change is the placement of the light underneath the microwave that shines on the the stove top. It would be more useful if it were placed closer to the center of the microwave.

Good Microwave Oven With Some Caveats

Not a bad Microwave oven. We had it installed 1 1/2 years ago and have used it daily since. It is relatively quiet and does the job if the instructions for re-heating and cooking are followed. It is very nice looking and matches our Whirlpool glass cook-top range. My rating reflects two elements: The interior light does not turn on very frequently, so the oven will not work. I slap my hand to the side of the inside of the oven and sometimes, not always, works. My second complaint is there is no "Pause" control and one must turn it off and restart, which is a nuisance. I would recommend this oven, if someone could "walk me through" how to fix the light for reliable use.

Great microwave

So far microwave has worked as expected. It doesn't have the power of my old microwave, but microwaves just as well.......just takes a little longer.No issues or problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had this microwave for about 3 months now. We mainly used it as to re-heat the food. It is heating pretty well and evenly. The only complain about this microwave is it is very loud. It is louder than our 20 year old microwave.
