I bought my microwave 2 months ago, and since I got it I haven't had any problems..it is very inexpensive, easy to use and very efficient. Love it!!!!!

Boyfriend surprised me w this microwave. I thought looks pretty but can it perform?? It's got everything I need and more!! Haven't used my conventional oven since! Thanks Whirlpool. You've got a winner here...

The product is working well, but is still new. I am more interested in long term durability and I will be watching this. the product was easy to install and looks nice and I am pleased so far.

Like the 30 second heat option. Love the design of vents on the top rather than the front. Old one was in the front and was hard to clean the crud and dust......had to unscrew the whole vent panel to get it really clean...this way it might still be there but doesn't show..

Probably no better value on the market today

I've had the pleasure of using this 1.7 cu. ft. microwave from Whirlpool for about a month now. It's a 1000 watt but it seems to cook the food faster than a similar strength competitive model. What's more, I have found that my food cooks so evenly ... no cool or overly hot areas of the dishes or food I cook or reheat. This could be because of the great turntable inside. Clean up is easy and the controls are very intuitive. The price is on the low end so this is a great buy!
