2014 Tax return

I love Turbo Tax. The software has been completely developed and is user friendly. This is the second year I have used this produce and will continue to use it again next year.

I have been using TurboTax for over 6 years. I don't know how long it would take me to manually decipher the cumbersome tax code with the investments I have. Hopefully, TurboTax will be around for the next 20 years.
What's great about it: Logical layout, easy to use
What's not so great: Help information sometimes hard to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Love this and saves money

Have used Turbo Tax for years. Love that most of the info is transferred from previous years.
What's great about it: Saves money doing it ourselves.
What's not so great: Had to make sure had the proper one, some changes to what was covered.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been a Turbo-Tax Customer from the 1st day that Turbo-Tax came onto the retail market. Every year has been an improved and comprehensive Product...
What's great about it: Excellent guiding and walk-through ALL phases of the Federal & State Returns
What's not so great: Took a little jumping around to find where I could contact a Support Agent, but finally got there and she was EXCELLENT!

Do It Yourself and Save a Few Hundred

Why pay H&R Block or an accountant to do what anyone that can read, and maintain minimal organization throughout the year, can do in a couple of hours? I pay enough taxes, and do not need to pay someone else for something that I can do by myself. Thank God I do not have to do this manually using the paper forms. If I had to do it the old fashioned way I would pay someone else to do it. Turbo Tax makes it so easy that I know i can do it.
What's great about it: Found Extra Deductions
What's not so great: Pay attention to details - takes time
