Good Program

I was not happy when I found out that Deluxe did not have the forms that it has always had. However, with the fix by Intuit, it downloaded what I needed for free. I hope that I do not have to purchase the Premier next year as it would cause me to look at other programs.
What's great about it: Easy to use

My 12th year with TT. I like this program and have managed two rental properties (with all of the accounting aggravation) without much difficulty. If I could make a suggestion, I would make the "help/question" process easier. I would like to see a help link next to each entry on each page of the TT data-entry pages so that you can see what the IRS will and will not allow for that entry. The way it is set up now, I end up doing a lot of research on the web to find the answer for one data-entry box.
What's great about it: Auto-populates data from previous year, saving time
What's not so great: State return (Connecticut) process needs to be step-by-step like Federal

What's not so great: handling oil royalties on 1099 MISC continues to be difficult; have to check actual forms to make sure it's correct
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used turbo tax for many years. I like the way it works (Q & A), the thoroughness and ease of filing.
The only issue I have is the price breaks for the advanced versions: They are a bit more than I would like to see.

Escalation Continues

I have been using TurboTax since the 1990's and like it a lot, but it is getting too pricey. Had the HR Block software in my hands and almost switched over, but wasn't sure it could download my It's Deductible data. Maybe next year I'll switch if TT doesn't feel it is still worth the price.
What's great about it: Well organized, step-by-step, pretty clear directions
What's not so great: Quick Helps provide minimal information, e-filing is too expensive

I love Turbotax and will buy it again next year.
I had a Schedule k problem. It kept popping up and I had difficulty locating where to go to remove it. It seems to me this kind of problem could be resolved more smoothly.

Overall a great experience. It was not clear, when purcahsing the Delux package that form K1 was not supported. It was supported by the Delux package in 2013. I could not tell I needed the premium package even after re looking at the rear of the Turbo Tax 2014 box. That must be why you did the upgrade for free.
What's great about it: easy experience from year to year
What's not so great: k1 form not supported with delux package

Understanding the terminology is sometimes a chore. I had to search wikopedia several times to understand what turbo tax was asking me to do.
All in all, I have used turbo tax successfully for 10 - 15 years.
