Everything worked well except the K-1 Schedule. This has been a continuing problem for several years.
What's great about it: Seem easy at first.
What's not so great: Got difficult in the end

Worked Okay!

I followed the directions to enter my 6 digit PIN and when I went to e-file, the system kept asking for my 5 digit PIN. Very frustrating.
What's great about it: Accurately calculated the return
What's not so great: Couldn't e-file due to my 6 digit PIN.

Step by Step Success!

Turbo Tax takes you step by step through the process of filing your taxes. The hardest part is gathering together all of your paperwork! If you take your time and answer all the questions, you will be successful! Not everyone can get a refund, but if one is deserved, Turbo Tax will help you to find it. In any case, you will feel relieved when this year's taxes are filed and you have closed the door on another tax season.

Switch requirement

When I was notified that my Deluxe edition was being shipped, I was not told that the Premier edition would be required for forms that previously were available on the Deluxe
edition. I did not know this until I was filling out my returns on
the Deluxe edition. I'm glad you made the Premier edition available for free so that I could continue my work or I would
have been really mad. If I have to use the Premier edition at a
much higher price, I will shop for a different brand next year.

What's not so great: Telling us at the last minute that we had to use Premier for certain forms.
