Went really well

I bought the product at a store Before I could install it my computer went bad and I had to get another one. But the new one did not have a CD drive. I called Turbo Tax and they worked with me to get the product downloaded
Great customer service.
Product installed easily and I had no trouble filing my taxes

Overall good to great.
My 7 year using Turbo Tax.
So far so good.

What's great about it: Finished in 1 day
What's not so great: Forced me to by an extra state return (FL). Didn't need it had to call to get refund. Wasted 30 minutes of my time.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using this for at least 10 years. First of all, downloading w2 and all bank and brokerage account information is very easy. The downloads are fast. All information populates and makes everything very fast and accurate. K-1 forms are also very easy to figure out. I would not be able to follow IRS instructions to complete them.
Thanks for making this possible and easy
What's great about it: Very easy to use, couldn't done this without TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for close to 15 years. Every year it is a little smoother and quicker. I really like the way they walk you through all the steps so that you don't overlook anything nor miss something that you took from previous years
What's great about it: Walks you through everything,
What's not so great: Difficult to print state return and mail it in

Very good but not excellent

Could not complete a separate State (HI) K-1 (which differs from the Fed. Looked for hours for a fix, found none.

What's not so great: Doesn't do everything
