Outstanding software and on-line/telephone support.
What's great about it: Remembers me and helps with changes
What's not so great: Difficult to bounce back (return) to last activity.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbotax Premier 2014

I've been using Turbotax for over a decade now and I am usually very satisfied with it. This year was the first year we converted our old home into a rental property. I think it could stand a little improvement in guiding you through the depreciation and entering all the original costs for the house, etc. Overall very happy with it.
What's great about it: Generally easy to work with, ask nearly all of the right questions and guides you very well.
What's not so great: Had a little trouble with getting the right information into the rental property section, could have been a clearer

Support is Great

This is my 2nd Year using TurboTax and I'm still a little green. (especially when last year I got a refund and this year I did not) It was so wonderful to have the support when I needed. I called at least 2 times with multiple questions. I opted for them to call me back and they did within the time frame given. I got the answers that made the difference to my tax filing experience. I also love the way your federal tax information is migrated to your state tax information. It was very little I had to fill in. Great Software Program, especially if you are on a budget.
What's great about it: It's thorough & effective
What's not so great: It can be a longer process if you have questions to call in to Support
