From a loyal user - I love using TurboTax but I found the state return support lacking. NM Form PIT-110 assisted me in going from owing over $1300 to getting a refund of $170. I had to research this all on my own and feel like there should be a question that asks "do you work in New Mexico but live in another state?" Then it would prompt you to fill in the appropriate fields to assist the user. I would gladly pay extra for this enhancement. Please incorporate this into next year if possible!
What's great about it: Ease of Use Overall
What's not so great: No NM Form PIT-110 Support

Complications

I found it to be a bit more complicated and harder to understand some of the terminology. We are not all CPA's.
What's great about it: Great transferring data from brokers
What's not so great: need more explanation on retirement funds ( taxable or no)

Will probably not by next year as it was difficult interfacing with other tax software and required having to manually have to put in previous year data.
What's not so great: difficulty importing from h&R block. Poor federal state interface

there is no other product that is as good as turbo tax, it performs year after year
What's great about it: transfer all last year info
What's not so great: can't work with on line version

Worse TurboTax software ever

Horrible online version of TurboTax Premier. Your software engineers need to do a better job creating a software without bugs, glitches and error code 103.
The linking of the foreign tax credit from schedule K-1 to form 1116 needs to be simplified and made foll proof as well as the links to fix problems need to be better and simpler to use.
Horrible experience doing my 2014 taxes!
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Error code 103, overly complicated enetering of schedule K-1 & form 1116
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Would be great if you could just download this to the Turbo Tax CD. make keeping files much simpler & save paper.
