I feel secure with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: provides all the new Goverment issues i.e. Medical insurance
What's not so great: Added cost for Premium if used Deluxe before for stock etc.

This process would be extremely difficult if I didn't use Turbo Tax. Efiling is very efficient. Refunds were received before expected.
What's great about it: Questions asked prompted me through all necessary documents
What's not so great: Kept asking about state return even though my address is not in a state with state income tax.

finished my return and everything fine but now it will not print. Each time I attempt to print it goes to print preview and that's it. Very frustrating to say the least ... I do not appreciate you trying to force me to efile!

Great 2014 Experience

Thought it was especially easy to use this year, my second, because it took information from my returns last year as a basis which saved me time and worry.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and pulls data from previous year!
What's not so great: None really

What's great about it: I like the steps with language that explains conditions in commons sense terms. I also like the help pages.
What's not so great: I'd like to see capital gains show up on the income summary page.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
