Excellent Product

We have used TurboTax for the past several years to do our taxes. The program is very easy to use and there is always a place to ask questions if you have a problem. Great product!
What's great about it: Easy to use step by step instructions
What's not so great: Nothing I can think of

Essential Tax helper

Again, I could not do my taxes on my own. I needed TurboTax to prompt me for info and to capture my data as I received it.
What's great about it: I could not do my own taxes without TurboTax there to prompt me and to capture my data.
What's not so great: I had to buy Premier this year to get a free filing from my computer.

I had trouble navigating to desired input fields after I completed the initial input. Have used TurboTax for many years and never had this problem before.

I am a technological disaster waiting to happen yet doing my taxes and filing electronically was so simple even I could do it. Now to reward myself with a present. Won't my spouse be proud.

Turbo Tax Excels for more years that I can count.

With the start of my first real job I dreaded tax season. I never had time to "go see someone" or when I did I seemed rushed. I took a chance back in the 90s on Turbo Tax and haven't looked back. Every year I don't dread tax season, I just spend a short time working on them once I have all my information and Turbo Tax does the rest. I was also happy to say I was the first person I knew who e-filed when Turbo Tax made it available those many years ago. Thanks again Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Quick and easy, imports are flawless. No dread of tax time.
What's not so great: Quicken offer should be extended until the end of tax time.

Help at your fingertips step by step

Good produce for walking through the tax preparation and filing steps. While some aspects such as reporting the sale of a home, or some items to do with divorce would benefit from additional "explain this" screens, overall, this is a very good product.
What's great about it: Lots of helpful "Informational/Explain This" Pop-ups
What's not so great: No screen printing function
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
