valuable but minor headaches

What's great about it: combination of forms and interviews as needed. automatic loading of data from previous year
What's not so great: No search for data! Also no way to alphabetize list of donations; makes it hard to reconcile.

This years was different. I've used Turbo Tax for a few years and it wasn't as easy to use as in the past.
Product seemed reliable
Difficult to understand the downloading process.

What's great about it: It got the job done and was thorough.
What's not so great: Buying the product and downloading should have been alot simpler

I have been using TurboTax for a number of years and stick with it year after year. I have used other software products for friends and find this to still be the best.
What's great about it: Ease of Use
