WAY TO GO, ON THE WAY

EASE OF USE, CARRY OVER OF INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS YEARS, EASY TO IMPORT TAX AND BROKER INFO.
What's great about it: EASY TO DO, INFO RIGHT AT FINGERTIPS
What's not so great: NONE

I am more than a little aggravated by the final step NOT WORKING !
What's great about it: Everything worked up to paying for the state e-filing
What's not so great: Won't transmit e-files.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Easiest filing ever!

The first time I used TurboTax rather than an accountant, I was a little nervous. However, it's been 5 years and the product just keeps getting better. It's fast, easy and secure. Importing data from my various online accounts makes doing my taxes a snap.
What's great about it: Love that info transfers from year to year. So easy to use.
What's not so great: Haven't found any

I was very pleased with how easy the process was to file my taxes. I feel very confident that we covered everything and I will receive the highest possible refund

Great Tax Prep Product

Great product, used it for years, easy to use, works great. I just don't like the growing list of hoops you have to jump through at the end regarding treatment of your refund or e-filing etc. Seems like it turns into a big commercial or sales pitch towards the end of the step by step process.
What's great about it: Works great, easy to use
What's not so great: Too much junk at the end when you get to the refund section
