Nice interface

Liked all the program. Disagree with the marketing decision to force customers into buying the more expensive version just because they have dividends - after all, many if not most have dividends (but of course marketing knew that).
What's great about it: Straight forward, with easy access to more information
What's not so great: Had to get more expensive version because I have stocks

Very good in general. I'll stick with them. Just wish they had all the information from previous years so I did not need to answer or research "do you need to make an adjustment?"
What's great about it: All the stuff they imported from previous years
What's not so great: They shouldn't have to ask about required AMT and state adjustments. They have all the previous info

over all it was pretty good, more frustration than last year due to having to upgrade to Premier cause of the investment stuff, needs improvement in that area, was easier last year in that area, wished they hadn't changed it
What's great about it: use every year-better than most
What's not so great: investment section had to do line by line-did not import info
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Faulty NQSO calculation

Double check turbotax Schedule D forms if you have complex employee non qualified stock options. I think this error is in 2014 product. Have been using turbotax for 8 years. Never had this issue in the past.
What's great about it: Guides you through the forms
What's not so great: Have to cross check everything after the NQSO errors

Worse than I remember

1. Though my wife an I filed our taxes using turbo tax singly last year, we were unable to import merged information.
2. Some questions were presented that I found I had to change, but it was impossible to return to the question without going into the forms and deleting manually.
3. It kept asking me about a K1 I didn't have, and when I got to the end of the questions, it decided we had to do it again, until I just had to skip the section.
I've been using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years or so, and I feel my experience this year was significantly worse than any previous year.
What's great about it: I succeeded despite the poor design.
What's not so great: Really hard to go back and fix things. Weird logical loops.
