Phone support was fast efficient and easy to follow....the follow-up email from Turbo Tax adviser was easy to follow and allowed me to complete my return in a few minutes
What's great about it: As always...easy to follow...this year used phone support for first time....Fantastic!

persons emphasizing bait and switch and complaining about the need to upgrade to a more expensive version are mistaken and being pound foolish and penny wise. The costs of Premier is infinitely more economical than having a professional prepare your returns; particularly if you have rental income and investment income.
Great software that is easy use and after the first return it instills confidence that you have prepared an accurate return with all legal deductions. These qualities makes investing in the Premier software a must
What's great about it: competitive price. ease of importing prior years returns and accuracy
What's not so great: after first couple of years of use no real cons

good, but need clarity

In the California tax return we had an over payment, the question was asked ... what percentage of the over payment did we want to apply to next years taxes. We stated 50 ... thinking it would apply 50% to the following year, instead the program applied $50 and there was no way to get back to the field to change the data... not user friendly here.... everywhere else worked really well.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: some of the language was easy to misinterpret

Detailed, Easy and Fast!!!

The TurboTax software walks you through each and every step of completing your tax return and looks for every deduction possible to give you the biggest refund! I have found the best way to file my taxes.....and it's TurboTax!
What's great about it: Everything
