Great except for Product change

Good ,but the poor communication in advance of upgrade to Premier leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
What's great about it: Usual effective conversations lead to correct input and answers
What's not so great: Never expected to have flow interrupted to tell me I needed to upgrade to Premier

Easiest version to use so far.

No complaints, easy and reasonably priced.
What's great about it: Flows nicely, very intuitive
What's not so great: just the glitch regarding investment income and having to upgrade to Premier.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using TurboTax for over ten years and always amazed at the ease at which I file my taxes. I don't have to think just gather all my docs and answer the questions. I always choose "let TurboTax walk me through step by step . It is a no brainer from there on....
What's great about it: Ease

Straightforward and simple

Use every year. Very easy and straight forward. There were several blogs on which version to use this year, so a little confusion there.
What's great about it: Walked me through step by step
What's not so great: Tried to take me through State, when my state doesn't have taxes

Got my refund done

Overall TurboTax was excellent with the exception of having to restart the program when it locked up checking for an update prior to logging in for the online requirement when doing a backup.
What's great about it: Quick, Fast and Efficient
What's not so great: Software update this year for Apple MAC version had issues with signing in.

Have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe Federal and State for 17 years
without any problems,,, ease of use and support has been exceptional..My Sister is a CPA and she uses Turbo Tax to do her taxes because the program keeps up to date with the ever changing tax codes
