I HAVE USED YOUR PROGRAM FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS... SOME YEARS HAVE BEEN BETTER THAN OTHER., BUT THIS YEAR HAS BEEN HAS BEEN MUCH BETTER TO WORK WITH
What's great about it: MUCH EASIER TO FALLOW THAN LAST YEAR
What's not so great: DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SOFTWARE THIS YEAR

TurboTax Premier went through like a breeze!

Just spent a Monday afternoon completing my return. Made easier with downloading brokerage data.
What's great about it: Easy downloading of brokerage data, without having to enter every single transaction manually. Done in an afternoon!
What's not so great: None

Still God Old Turbotax

Took me through the process in a straight, un-complex manner.
Took a while to choose version to use, but once the choice was made, everything I needed was there. Been a consistent user for over ten years and will be back again. Thanks TurboTax...

What's great about it: Simple uncomplicated Interface.
What's not so great: Not easy to determine which version fits my needs.

Good service but one problem

TurboTax 2013 is good because it helps me get more tax deduction than I could get by myself. But TurboTax printed my taxes for 2013, but I need them for 2014. So I have to enter my tax forms manually for 2014.
What's great about it: It helps me get more tax deduction than I could get by myself

Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Program for a Newbie!!!

All in all very good. Next year I'll be a lot faster though now that I have done it once. Had to call MO for help, the woman who helped me was very patient with me!!! I was totally frustrated early on in the process and she was really helpful.
What's great about it: Walked me through everything Double checks everything. Lets me know when somethings not right!!!
What's not so great: Some of the answers in help questions are for the online program and it doesnt. I was using the CD. That was not good.

Way to go with e-File

I have been using TT for the last three years. This is as easy as it can get.

What's not so great: ...I understand some people may wnt the stamp
