What's great about it: Very simple to use interview based process; was able to work at my leasure
What's not so great: Penalty and AMT calculations are not straight forward and require form from previous years not available

AMT help

TT takes much (not all) of the stress out of doing taxes. I also use Quicken thoroughly. That's the other part of keeping it all doable. Not that it has to be Quicken, but an electronic, sortable, filterable record of the year's transactions is so much nicer than adding piles of receipts.
What's great about it: TT mostly saves a lot of hair-tearing.
What's not so great: Obscure terminology, especially in AMT section, is not clarified by the usual explanations.

I have been using TurboTax for years. I continue to be happy with results and will most likely continue to use them in the future.
What's great about it: Quick, easy and thorough!
What's not so great: At times I find it lacking in explaining things.

First time buying the Investment and rental property..good to work with.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: no issues
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
