In the final printout, the list of documents I need to send along with my tax forms is incomplete. I need to send along copies of my detailed mutual fund 1099. I only know about this because I checked elsewhere. You should list everything I have to send.
What's not so great: Incomplete document mailing list.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Bugs

Several bugs encountered this year. First, my CA capital loss carryover didn't transfer and I had to enter it. (It is usually, but not always, the same as federal, so you have to check. SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT MANUALLY. Why do you call out the suffix with a period "Jr." as an error in the final review when you accept in the personal entry form. Also, there's no easy way to tell TT that certain forms you generated for exploration but not using to go away other than going to view forms and deleting the forms. There should be a Q&A option that asks you if you need the form anymore. Not sure I will use TT again next year. Seems to me it's declining in quality when it should be progressively improving each year.
What's great about it: Obvious convenience of doing calculations for you
What's not so great: Still buggy in certain areas, requiring sanity checks for some entries and calculations.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have always done my taxes using MS Excel worksheets. However, manually entering data for gains and losses from sales of investments was getting to be a huge pain. On top of that, I needed to complete the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet, 28% Rate Gain Worksheet, Capital Loss Carryover Worksheet, Form 8949, Schedule D Tax Worksheet, and then (finally) Schedule D. TurboTax does all of the grunt work, including importing relevant gain/loss data from my financial institutions, and completing Worksheets.
[As a double-check, I ran my worksheets for CY2014 and compared it with TurboTax's results. We have a winner!]
I intend to keep using Turbotax going forward. And, no, you won't change my mind on this.
What's great about it: Import & automatic worksheet features are great time-savers
