I have used TurboTax for years. I generally like it a lot. However, I find it a bit awkward when I have to go through sections a second (or third or more! times) because it asks the same questions that I had already answered. There should be a way to avoid that --- preferably by listing my previous answer and asking if I wanted to change the answer, rather than just asking it again.
What's great about it: comprehensive, quite usable
What's not so great: When going back through sections, it asked the same questions that I had previously answered.

Confidence rocked

Generally once I got the functionality I had always received in Deluxe version (after paying to upgrade to Premium), things went pretty much as expected. Really poor explanation of why functions such as Stock Sales were pulled from the Deluxe Edition - and poorly documented in any product description. Then Minnesota temporarily shuts down accepting electronic returns from TurboTax - that's a real warning sign that says maybe I should look at other solutions for 2015 filings.
What's great about it: Picked up where last year stopped
What's not so great: Whole debacle with Deluxe vs Premium, identity theft returns

Generally, Turbo Tax was helpful and easy to use. But the only little difficulty I found was having to more down the screen only with the mouse. Also, I would have liked to see the finished forms before printing them or using the email option. Ruth Ray

Hard to e-file federal and print-file state

After I successfully e-filed my federal return, it was hard to figure how to get back to print my state return for print-filing. I finally figured it out, but it would have been much easier if the program was set up to do it right after I e-filed the federal.

Please, you are making me upgrade (next year) for 1 additional line? NOT NICE! Why don't you just include what you have always included? I will look for new software next year.
