What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Not able to print each and every screen when desired.

Software change

I have used Turbotax for many years. Needless to say I was surprised when putting in my information , I was advised I would need the Premier edition instead of the Deluxe. Had your company put something on the front of the package, I would have known that I needed to change .
What's not so great: Should have made packaging with statement that highlights change made to software,

PAYERS NAME AND FEDERAL ID NUMBER SHOULD COME BACK UP TO CHOOSE IN A DROP DOWN ONCE IT IS ENTERED SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO ENTER IT FIVE OR MORE TIMES

next year please be a little more specific about the contents of the program shown on the disc cover.
What's great about it: same good program that i have been usingsince you took over from parsons
What's not so great: only problem was having to upgrade to turbotax premium after starting with turbotax deluxe

Very thorough. Easy to follow instructions. Turbo Tax makes you comfortable with your return to Fed & State
What's great about it: how thorough the questions were
What's not so great: none that i can think of
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using this software for years and I enjoy working with it. It is very simple and easy, however some questions are hard to determine whether they pertain to you because it can be hard to understand, but that is because we are not tax pros.
What's great about it: The format is different.
What's not so great: Some questions are hard to decipher.
