The version of Turbo Tax I purchased this year had the same name as last year's version but did not include all the elements from last - had to pay additional fees.

getting a Refund!

I found this years Turbo Tax much more difficult to use than in past years. The lack of listing of most used forms, the difficulty in overriding a mistaken entry. The help questions did not respond or were inappropriate for my needs.
What's great about it: I can prepare the document in my own time frame at home. If I need another document it is available here.
What's not so great: Sometimes it is difficult to find the form you want. Not all are listed unless they are used by the system

Quick and easy

Turbo Tax saved me a lot of time and money. It was 1/3 of what I paid to have my taxes done last year and they made a mistake, which I found before the taxes were filed, fortunately.
What's great about it: This may have been the easiest tax return I have ever done.
What's not so great: Had trouble finding place to enter 1099-G for state refund

Overall, mostly easy to follow along, but you need to make fixing errors easier. Took me a couple of day to figure out where to find the one $4 error that prevented me from filing.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to follow
What's not so great: Not enough of an explanation on how to find and fix an error, hidden forms too hard to find

I like the fact that it brings in my last return information to compare and assist in tax preparation. The guides make it easy to complete your return quickly and with confidence.
What's great about it: Guides you through everything with tips and explanations
