What's not so great: Would like to be able to screen dump certain pages such as our pin pabe.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I was annoyed that I had to upgrade this year to a version which I didn't have to use in the past. I understand that there is a way that I can get a refund. Hopefully, I still have that email in my system.
What's not so great: required ? upgrade

Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I've used Turbo Tax since 1996 and it is a great and easy to use product. The BIG negative this year is the change made to the Deluxe version which is the version I've used for years. It is no longer "DELUXE" as I had to upgrade to the "PREMIER" version in order to accomplish the same task I've done for years with the "DELUXE" version. Will be looking for a different option next year!
What's great about it: User since 1996......easy to use and saves time.
What's not so great: Do not like the 2013 vs 2014 version changes.

Goodby Turbo tax!

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years with no problems, now there are many!
(1) This years "disaster" when you tried to remove the Sch C, D, and E, from Turbo Tax Deluxe, and transfer it to TT Premier, and then charge more for TT Deluxe was the epitome of stupidity.
(2) After spending 5 extra days getting my "rebate" for the upgrade/refurbish/correction of Turbo Tax Deluxe, (with help from your customer support tech) it then took 2 extra days to complete my e-file of my fed and state tax return. SO, good by, I will hire it done by my CPA next year!

Premium Dissapointment

I was disappointed with Premium TurboTax. Although I have used this product for 4-5 years, it was unable to accurately update my previous tax year (the old file is on the same computer using the previous version). This meant I had to manually edited many forms. Premium TurboTax is still unable to deal with Roth conversions correctly. It keeps wanting to penalize me for converting an after tax contribution. The math is simple guys, get it straight!
What's great about it: Fast, includes all the forms
What's not so great: Can't deal with Roth conversions in the same tax year. Can't accurtately update from previous year.

Disappointed

I have used TT for many years with only minor issues and bugs, but this version was downright lousy. Guided tours skipped steps, pop ups did not work graphically, still had the usual occasional "errors" in forms that originated from TT filling in incorrectly (even on forms not needed)! At this time, I am questioning using TT next year!
What's great about it: Eventually got the job done
What's not so great: Worst Turbotax experience in 15 years
