I supposed to get a free upgrade from primer to delex, but I never get it and had to pay for the upgrade.
What's not so great: It hides some many steps by upload from previous year, which made my nervious.

Easy to use. It walks you through step by step. You can see your refund as you go along. Highly recommend.

Good and bad

Many have been committed to the brand and streamlined use of TurboTax. To charge us for schedules C, D and E when it was previously included in the Deluxe version is ridiculous. This will result in many to switch to other competitor platforms that do not make this charge. Customers, especially for something like an income tax preparation application demand consistency, continuity and most importantly integrity in service. Keep up the good work, and please keep your pricing consistent and competitive with past history.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax operates as well as it ever has.
What's not so great: To charge us for what was previously not charged is ridiculous.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have used TurboTax since it first came out I think. This year was my worst experience yet.
I do not like to be asked 2-3 times if I am sure I want to do something.
I always print a copy of selected forms for my files. This year, even after 4 times of previewing the selected forms, I still have no hard copy. What gives?
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: very slow response. my wife just got a new dell for Christmas so it is not the computer.

Excellent but Its Deductible lacks documentation

I've used TurboTax over 20 years, trust the product. A little on the expensive side, stay with what you trust and staying with same product decreases chance of import errors from previous years.
What's great about it: Detailed questions
What's not so great: State with efile too expensive.

I'm am entirely new to taxes. I always heard about how difficult it is but with turbotax it seems very simple and straightforward. I'm happy to have it and now have to rely on someone else to help me.

First time ever filed by myself Excellent !

Liked the program allot first I was very cautious to even try this . But once I started it was almost fun !! I will be using this program for sure next year !!
What's great about it: Very easy to understand made things simple.
What's not so great: Had to wait over 45 minutes to talk to a rep on the phone ....
