Glad you went back to old layouts

I am now in the process of trying to get the money promised because I had to update in order to include stock sales. I hope you come through.
What's great about it: Still easy to use
What's not so great: Had to pay for upgrade before you updated everyone

Reliable Product

I have used Turbo Tax for 10+ years and will continue to do so. I was a little disappointed to find that investments had been removed from Deluxe and now I would need to spend more $ for Premier. Turbo Tax did the right thing in providing a free upgrade this year for past users. Software was simple to install and use. I love the interview process, I feel confident that nothing is missed.
What's great about it: Fast, easy to use, trustworthy
What's not so great: Removed certain schedules this year

Extremely easy to use

I found this program extremely easy to use. I have used Turbo tax for years, but last year (2013) I used H & R block program, I found it to be confusing and not as clear as Turbo Tax. I will never stray off the path again!
What's great about it: Great program - very detailed

A Huge Improvement over H&R Block

Saw my Fed Refund on H&R Block settle around $210. Tried Turbo Tax with the same info and increased my Fed Refund to $2,037. No Brainer!
What's great about it: Increased my Federal Refund by $1800

First State Filing

Had a messy situation. We moved from non-tax state to AZ which has tax. The input was seamless, they took out the TX income for state purposes. Big problem was the lack of help on RSU situation. Overall glad I got TurboTax but a bit of cursing during the process.
What's great about it: seamless incorporation of state taxes
What's not so great: no clear help on RSUs (stock grants)

Turbo Tax is Buggy this year

Bugs in the Mac version do things like get stuck sending you back around to enter info already entered and if you don't save to the TurboTax Cloud when you click print it says there is nothing to print!
