Still a little unsure

We sold mineral rights in 2014 and between the buyer erroneously reporting the sale on a 1099-MISC and the program not guiding me directly to how to enter it, I had to rely on the FAQ's, which still seemed to be a bit nebulous. The program said I did it right and the efile took place, but I have a funny feeling it won't fly.
What's great about it: very well self guided
What's not so great: Still left a little unsure about whether I input correct figures

Disappointed

Did not include forms needed in Guide Me - Had to go to forms. Unable to download any bank or stock information. I use very complicated 17 passwords. It would not let me cut and paste these passwords from my RoboForm. This was the most problems I ever had since using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Usor 10 years
What's not so great: Did not include forms needed in Guide Me - Had to go to forms

More User Friendly

I was a bit confused when I went to download Turbo Tax. It looked as if I could only do an online Federal return, but I worked my way through things. After I got it downloaded, all was great!
What's great about it: The UI was easier to follow this year than in the past.
What's not so great: I was a bit confused about downloading the application I had purchased.

Taxes made easy

I've used TurboTax for years and will continue to do so because the software is easy to use and is set up as a question/answer format to gather information pertinent to your return. Just fill in the blanks and you're set to go.
What's great about it: Quick & simple
What's not so great: Had to get help on my state return; would not display forms

A Taxing Return

I have lost track on how long I have used Turbo Tax but I am a definite fan. It is quick, easy and you get to the bottom line of what your refund is or how much you owe quickly. It also walks you through new things and what you really need to know.
What's great about it: Computer friendly, navigates you per your skill level
What's not so great: Sometimes confusing on when you need to print and what to print.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
