Change in software for 2014

Disappointed in the change in forms for 2014 for the Deluxe version that I have used for years. Cost me more money to upgrade after the fact. I will not be a utilizing Turbo Tax in the future.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Don't know why but I had to type in the "Date Acquired" for each time a security was sold. Why isn't this downloaded like the Federal return?
However, really appreciate your software.
What's great about it: Easy to follow - complete
What's not so great: Problem with PA Schedule D
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Makes my life so much easier

I use TurboTax each year because I feel confident that I have entered my tax info accurately. I also feel I am getting the best credits or tax breaks that I can based on my personal and work information. The guided questions make that possible.
What's great about it: Guidance through each step, ability to download documents and insert info into blanks
What's not so great: Purchasing steps were not easy

I could not bring up the 8949 pages so that I could check the data with what I downloaded from Schwab. They only came up when I printed my return.
What's great about it: easier than doing it without ttax
What's not so great: Do not like the printing options that do not make printing both sides of the paper easier

Over all experience is good. It's as good as any software.

Better than Expected

The only reason, i didn't give 5 stars was that TurboTax could find my 2013 return information which added about 15-20 minutes of prep time. The layout and sequential steps make it very easy and help to identify deductions that I might normally miss.
What's great about it: I was able to complete a complex return in a just about an hour
What's not so great: TurboTax 2014 had some trouble retrieving the 2013 data

Investment Income

I did not e-file because the adjustment code was not provided by my broker. I reviewed several comments from the TurboTax help section, but nothing worked. TurboTax would not let me e-file without an Adjcode in box 1f.
However, TurboTax would let me print a return to file by mail without the adjustment code. Go figure!
I wasted a lot of my time trying various work-arounds for this glitch.
I had to purchase the Premier version because the Deluxe version did not have a section for Investment Income. I feel that I did not get my money's worth.
What's not so great: E-File would not accept my return because the adjustment code for box 1f was missing.

Exellent as always.....no major problems....been using for
years and always provides me with a no hassle approach
to my taxes and have never had a review of the results.
