TurboTax forever

Overall good experience. Will get move electronic data transfer next, Used the investment download from my broker this year for the first time and it was slick.
What's great about it: Simple with Question & Answer format
What's not so great: small amount of confusion on mileage & BSA expenses

this version more confusing to use than last year. did not migrate all of prior year information. step-by-step windows seemed disjointed, and when trying to repeat steps to make corrections had difficulty finding the right screens. would not connect to Fidelity for automatic downloads, so had to enter everything manually. other than that, once the information was in, went OK.

Could be better

In the past, we were asked if we wanted to save. Now it seems that everything is always saved. This is a problem if you make a major error. Would like to be able to NOT save.
Updates are always required. At times, I would just like to review and make a small addition or change. I do not want to wait for an update.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Saving return & getting updates. Sch C was not in Deluxe when purchased.

More than expected

After reading the reviews for the 2014 version, I was skeptical but purchased anyway since I have used TuboTax for years. I didn't experience any of the problems other people reported. It worked the same as last year. I love TurboTax. It helps you remember things that you might have otherwise forgotten. I recommended it to my aunt who is currently paying someone to do her taxes. I would definitely recommend it.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Security of some compromised this year
