Fastest Tax Return Ever!

I'll be buying TurboTax again next year! I'd recommend this product to anyone with a rental property.
What's great about it: Rental property section was very easy.

Couldn't have done it without "Turbo Tax"

How wonderful that tax preparation has become so easy, even on a complex return. Turbo Tax will be in my life forever.
What's great about it: Like a dream, you asked all the right questions to make certain all income & deduction were listed.
What's not so great: Finalizing, saving a copy and making payments were a little confusing.

I've been using TurboTax since 2009. With a few problems over the year it has preformed great. I am disappointed that the prices continue to rise for the program and the services are decreasing. One printable state return is lousy for the cost.
I can no longer do my children return for free. Why raise the price to email state returns.

What's great about it: Accurate and fairly simple.
What's not so great: Only does one state return. Cost of doing state returns HIGH.

Thorough

Found it difficult to identify where rental property depreciation was on the worksheet or what line my entries corresponded to on my 1040. For example, expenses to property ended up on line 7 instead of line 14. Went back x 2 to fix, but program did not take the change. No telephone # to call Turbo Tax. Did not see place to ask questions from Turbo Tax until this page.
What's great about it: Goes through all situations
What's not so great: Found it harder to use compared with 2013

A little dissapointed this year...

We had an occurrence this year that is causing a large amount of tax due.Taking the return to an outside firm for double checking.
What's great about it: Thorough, accurate.
What's not so great: Was hoping for improvements this year. Small things like navigation. Have to page down to continue to the next screen.

TurboTax is the best

Once in a while some things are not entirely clear, but that's because of the IRS. I think TurboTax does a great job of making tax preparation as painless as possible.
What's great about it: Leads you through step-by-step
What's not so great: It's still taxes. Ugh.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
