I have beeb using your tax progran from inception.

Everything fine but please don't change name of you DVD or CD. It's confusing and when we do our taxers, you make us buy at last minute .Simplify "Home use" or "Business use."
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Buying confusion with multiple names of software.

The Program repeatedly crashed. I re-installed it and it still crashed. When I asked for updates it said that there were none.
I have always use the Deluxe version. This year it didn't cover the needed forms that I have always used before.
I have actually began looking at other programs for next year.
Previous years I would have given turbotax a 5 rating.
What's great about it: I have used this for 15 years
What's not so great: Program Crashed. Delux program left out needed forms

some confusions

Like everyone else I didn't like the change in capability of the product I have bought for years. I am a repeat user with automatic renewals each year. I don't understand why I was not told that my order would not serve my needs as it has each year in the past. I don't know what I will be offered next year.
Form 1116 is impossible to use. What column to choose? What if I need more than 3 columns? I needed 4 this year and it kept me from filing electronically. Then I discovered that I also could not file my state form electronically.
What's great about it: fills in millions of incomprehensible forms
What's not so great: Form 1116 is impossible to fill in - killed e-filing

Turbo Tax for Tax year 2014

Been using Turbo Tax since they bought out Parsons years ago. Tried another brand one year, got part way through and tossed it in trash and went bought TT and never looked back.
What's great about it: easy to use

Slowest Ever

The checking for updates and the access was the slowest I've ever seen, regardless of which computer I used -- absolutely pathetically slow.
Still requires too much "insider" knowledge of tax code -- nonrecap capital gains ... etc which requires information from tax years -- which are on the same computer -- why should I have to search and find them?
Inability to print -- file size so large that my printer cannot handle and do not have ability to print sections or "this page" -- much too difficult
What's great about it: Love the download capability and transfer from year to year
What's not so great: Slowest processing ever -- regardless of computer

Easy to use, gets all the deductions you refund!

I've used Turbo Tax during the past few years and find it very easy to use. Each deduction is explained and any questions are answered quickly. Maximum deductions received and a generally a very quick return of your money.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: None
Pros: I bought or sold investments
