What's great about it: Smoothly flows and comprehensive.
What's not so great: Print Utility

Handles all of the tuff stuff

TurboTax handles all of the complex tax situations like restricted stock units (RSUs) and partnership K-1s with ease. In the 14 years that I have used the product, I have not complaints about the accuracy of the tax forms
What's great about it: Handles tuff stuff like RSUs and K1's with ease
What's not so great: Some input fields are hard to find

Incredible Support

There were some issues that were preventing me from completing my tax return. After I tried and tried to figure out what was going on, I finally called Turbo Tax support. I talked with 2 different people over the course of a couple of weeks (2 different problems) and they were soooo helpful. I really had no idea they would be so kind and patient with me. Based on my experience I will be very likely to continue to use this tax program in the coming years.
What's great about it: I spoke with 2 Turbo Tax support people. They were very, very helpful. I give them 100% praise.
What's not so great: It was a long wait for the first call and a short one for the 2nd.

Reliable Product

While I found the software as easy to use as in past years, I was disappointed to learn that I could no longer use the Deluxe version to do my taxes as I did last year and had to buy the new Premier version although no major changes occurred in my tax situation in 2014. I was annoyed since I didn't realize I needed the Premier version until I brought the Deluxe version home. It would have helped if intuit had provided a sales information phone number either on line or on the packaging.
What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate
What's not so great: Dissapointed to learn thaqt I needed to upgrade to the new "Premier"

Not Bad

Overall, I like TurboTax. I still wonder why with my very very low income (under $17K) I don't qualify for rany sort of refund, in fact I owe on Federal, but I guess it's better than doing it by hand.
What's great about it: easy to understand walk-through
What's not so great: got a few "cannot display page" and a couple of windows that didn't render correctly (they were blank)

This is my 5th years using Turbo Tax, I don't think I can do my tax return without it anymore. It's so easy to use, and I have total confidence in its accuracy. I am sure I will continue to use it for many years to come.
What's great about it: able to directly link and auto download all financial institute statements,

Another Good Year

once you get over the "I have to pay a little more" shock, the program itself is great. very easy to use and the help features are always great. I don't really enjoy the nickel and diming at the end.. especially the extra charge for e-file of the state return - does it really cost that much to send something electronically? After the upgrade fiasco this year, it would have been nice to wave that fee. overall good product, would use again.
What's great about it: easy to use / easy updates from previous years
What's not so great: have to upgrade to get same features as last year
