Taxes made simple

One improvement to make is how you go through deductions. TurboTax imports last year's return, it should know what deductions I used and which ones I didn't. Certainly ask me about ones I used, but group ones I didn't and ask me in bulk.
Also, instead of adding the next category and making me scroll all the way to the bottom to advance to the next topic, redesign the screen icons to minimize the scrolling required.

What's great about it: don't need to be a tax expert -- just need to know what you did last year.
What's not so great: deductions are too cumbersome -- TurboTax imports my return from last year, why can't it look for deductions I skipped?

I love this product. Simple to use, detailed, goes through every item one by one, allows for edits, remembers the details from previous year's tax returns... wow!
What's great about it: Ease of Use, Detailed for deductions, Remembers past entries

Very detailed

In the body it was stated that TurboTax would remember my credit card information and I wouldn't be required to re insert it. Not true! I had to struggle with a password and user name all over again, even though I had given the required information as requested previously.
What's great about it: Feel secure with the accuracy.
What's not so great: Took forever to complete.

I have tried several, and Turbo is by far the most concise, and easiest product to use out there. Saving and retrieval of tax forms is fast and easy.
What's great about it: Ultimate ease of downloads and overall use!
What's not so great: Price increase

military friendly

this was much faster than last year. There needed to be more information about rentals though. I had a rental but it was not rented at all last year because I planned on going back but was unable to because the military extended me in South Korea. Thought maybe i would qualify for a loss.
What's great about it: liked the way it transferred my information from last year
What's not so great: had to restart my computer after i loaded the disk
