Didn't like the overall flow and feel. Felt very vague and out of touch with form it was going to. I'd like to understand what from I'm entering data to ultimately.
What's great about it: Quick.
What's not so great: Some error messages were circular.

Disappointed I had to buy the Premier version after purchasing the Deluxe edition for several years.
What's great about it: Liked the import of last year's information
What's not so great: No sure the "Other Deductions" part was accurate.

EVERYTHING WAS EASY!

Very easy as usual. I have used TurboTax for many years now. Love that we can import past years info to current return.
What's great about it: Very user friendly.
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to different version due to change. Was not difficult.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have relied on TurboTax to complete my taxes since 2000. I love it. It is simple and easy. Sometimes I even fill like a tax professional.
What's great about it: step by step guide to completing my own taxes
What's not so great: none

Frustrated & Lack of Privacy

This may be my last year for Turbo Tax. Used to like the simplicity -- but the push for upgrading for cashing in 1 stock is unfair. All forms should be available on Deluxe. Also, don't like push for filing on line, purchasing other products, etc. Want to be able to do things "off line" and more private.

What's not so great: Premier Upgrade / Lack of privacy

Premier isn't required, why did you change ?

I include data from a simple K1 and that somehow changes the product from Deluxe to a $30 more expensive product - for one form and three screens of input?? That's very disappointing. I've been a TT customer for as long as I can remember - about 1995.... and I've seen your product grow through its pains and had my frustrations from time to time. But this one is really annoying. I realize you've credited $25 of the $30 up-charge and I while I appreciate that, the fact that you made the change in the first place is extremely irritating and then not refunding the entire 30? That's just stupid. You will lose customers over this. Put it back the way it was.
What's not so great: Forced up-charge in the middle of tax prep - Seriously??
