I had to call the technical help number for the reason stated above. She was extremely helpful and courteous.
What's great about it: Great questions and prompts, however . . .
What's not so great: Needs to have clear indication how to stop and save the information entered so you can go back later and continue.

Still a Great Product.

Our taxes have always been a little complex. I keep forgetting something and having to go back to a section I was previously in. Took me quiet a while to figure out how to navigate this years updated style. Also, kept being referred for online help. Next year will have to use my newest laptop for the taxes since my "oldie but goody" is just too slow to keep up. Hate to weight down my everyday computer with the once a year junk.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything.
What's not so great: 2013 and prior were easier to navigate than this year.

Overall it was not terrible to use. It asked for dependents do not put them in if they were born this year. You get stuck in a loop of asking for information. Also, watch out for extra fees along the way.
What's great about it: Fairly Straight Forward
What's not so great: For simple taxes easier to do it yourself
Pros: I had a baby, I moved, I bought or sold investments

This year's interface was the easiest ever to use. I've been using TurboTax since the mid 90's. Hope to see it become even easier and more "sophisticated" in the future.
