My tax return is somewhat complex but I was able to complete my entire return in less than 4 hours.
What's great about it: ease of data input
What's not so great: The questions for foreign tax info is confusing

Found errors in blank lines in interest description on state from 250.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out.
What's not so great: created errors transferring from federal to state.

I have used TT for several years. When I filed the 2013 taxes, tax due figure was shown on the payment voucher.
IRS received my payment after I e filed and assessed an additional $600 due. How can TT do a calculation that IRS disagrees with?

What's great about it: Step by step instructions good. Retrieves past years information.
What's not so great: Updates applied even in March

Easy to follow

Receive from my broker, but had a terrible time until I spoke to TurboTax assistant. She got the program "on my desk top". Then all was great! It took 2 days and 2 assistants to do it. Nice assistants to work with.
What's great about it: Great to see my info from the previous year, helps a lot.
What's not so great: None as long as it is on my desk top

Had easy time entering all information. Quick to use. Wanted to delete a rental property and convert to personal use. Should be easier to delete all related forms ie: depreciation, auto use for rental and expenses for rental. Finally gave up and printed and mailed my tax return because could not get past all the worksheets that I did not need to efile. Make this easier for the future.....
What's great about it: Easy to use and fill out my own forms
What's not so great: Deleting a rental caused frustration wouldn't delete all forms

Using Turbo Tax is the only way I have been doing my taxes since 2009. Before that, I always paid a tax preparer mega bucks to do what I discovered to be a very simple process.
What's great about it: Short and simple. Just the way I like it.
What's not so great: Very specific and at times I needed clarification for terms used.
