Product Gets Better Each Year

My 4th or 5th year using Turbo tax. It has improved each year. Makes completing my taxes a lot less painful. Highly recommend
What's great about it: Easy to use, step by step walk through, easy to understand
What's not so great: a little trouble connecting to internet

Federal super! State had me in a loop, which was corrected by your representative(Valerie S. PITN 01247067). Overall the experience with her help was great. It would be nice if once you find someone so responsive that you could contact them if further help was required.
What's great about it: Simple, thorough, and comprehensive
What's not so great: Trouble with state download

Easy to use and move back and forth in as well as ability to go directly to forms.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: None now that extra cost was removed.

Bsd deal to change what was in the Deluxe package. Took alot of effort to get it all straight. This years turbo tax did not flow as smoothly as last year. Disappointed.

TT Premier is a good program that downloads accurate information from last year's return and allows for the download of this year's financial data from many institutions. I have used TT since the days of MacInTax (25+ years). It gets better every year even with the increasingly more complex tax laws.
What's great about it: Download last year's info and this year's financials.
What's not so great: The price is high.

What's not so great: had to pay for more expensive version when I could of filed without itemizing .
