I have been a TurboTax user for over 15 years and it has done an excellent job of guiding me through complex tax issues as well as educating me on what to look for, tips to improve, and reviews of my returns.
What's great about it: Fast, easy to follow, detailed

Great product!

We've been using Turbo Tax to file our federal and state tax returns for a number of years now and have always been pleased with the results. Even though I am a CPA, I don't practice or complete individual tax returns, so using Turbo Tax ensures all of the latest individual law changes are taken into consideration.
What's great about it: Easy to use with ability to utilize as little or as much guidance as needed
What's not so great: Had to upgrade to Premium for 2014 return

Turbotax Premier

Very easy to use software. But if I want to continue using this software, it will cost more since I have been using the deluxe version for rental property and it is has now been removed and added to the more expensive Premier version.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Schedule E forms no longer on lower priced Deluxe Version
