Some Difficulties

Every time I loaded it it started at the beginning and I had to click my way to the place where I left off.
What's great about it: good program
What's not so great: It never picked up where I left off

Helped with complicated return

Due to some un-taxed income from royalties, a complicated reporting process was greatly simplified with the TurboTax step-by-step method. Took some concentration, but it all came out right in the end.
What's great about it: Ease of understanding and use

Turbo Tax recovered. I was dismayed to find that you had taken schedules C, D, and E out of the Deluxe version, but I'm very pleased with the way you apologized and fixed the problem.

Good for single state, not for multiple

TT needs to improve its instructions and guidance for how to split income among multiple states. If you are filing in a single state, TT is great. If multiple states, then you may want to consider another program or a tax professional.
What's great about it: Basic user interface is still great
