Great product!!!!!

I have used TurboTax for several years now and come back to it year after year. I love the fact that the info from the previous year is automatically transferred!!!!! and also that it transfers the federal info into my state return form, saving me a lot of time. I know that the information is accurate (I check)which also brings peace of mind.
What's great about it: Ease of use. Accurate transfer of previous information

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and absolutely love it. It is much cheaper than any professional tax service. I Love that you can use it at your own pace, you can save at anytime, and come back later to continue where you left off.
What's great about it: It is soooo easy, it asks lots of questions and figures out everything

Thank you TurboTax for making my tax filing so simple. The import feature is incredible, and saved me tons of time. Highly recommend the Premier version if you trade stocks.

Turbo Tax 2015

If I had an unusual situation, it was too hard to figure out where to put it. I couldn't figure out how to add W2's for my dependent children. I answered all the questions & then they told me I had an error which was input by Turbo Tax & then there was no hot link to help fix the error. When I was finished & ready to print, they reviewed & found the same error again. I fixed it by just deleting it but it took me back to the beginning of the filling process & I had to page through about 15 prompts AGAIN. Since it happened several times, it was very frustrating.
What's great about it: It definitely walked me through the process in English that I could understand.
What's not so great: Too rigid. Couldn't figure out how to add W-2's for dependents. When error occurred, couldn't figure out how to fix it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
