I don't like the fact I don't have a phone number to get help.
What's great about it: ease of operation
What's not so great: There were a couple of errors in the software that caused me some time to correct

Good, easy to use program. Easy to follow.
What's great about it: Concise, to the point, easy to do, follow and complete.
What's not so great: Getting to be a little pricy. Just creeping up there.

Navigation is better this year. I had trouble printing from my PDF file. I never was able to print just specific forms.

Pulled a rabbit out of the hat this year

Once again Turbo tax product was a really good way to do my taxes. Almost changed to another company's product this year when I found out that the forms I needed were no longer in the version of software I had been buying for years. Fast response to customer complaints and media coverage of potential solutions convinced me to stay with the product and I'm glad I did. The upgrade was easy and the software worked well. Hope they stay true to the customer next year!!! I have been using the product since the 1990's and it keeps getting better!
What's great about it: Customer support and understanding consequence of poor early product decision
What's not so great: Change in scope of products

I've used TurboTax for many years. This version was as good as usual. I was disappointed; however, that there were no instructions on the use of Schedule K-1 (Form 1041), which I received, that covers some income from a Trust.
What's great about it: Excellent directions
What's not so great: TurboTax didn't give an option to use my K1 Form
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It is an incredible nuisance to manually type in all the numbers from K1 forms. Please arrange that these can be imported like all the numbers from brokerage accounts..

had to goggle up error message to find out there is issue with program causing error message. program could have provided better instructions on how to rectify error message.
What's great about it: quick and easy
What's not so great: error message that was difficult to understand.
