Overall, great! Wish there was more detail in the area of establishing the basis for NEW investment (rental) real estate/

Only Way to Go

I have been using Turbo Tax for years & it is the only way to go. They walk you through the entire thing, or you can chose to do it yourself. It is VERY easy to understand even for someone who is not used to doing taxes. I have complete confidence in this program.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Even a first time user could do it.
What's not so great: None that I know of

Stress Free and Smooth!

Used Deluxe last year and Premier this year. Process seemed to be much faster and directions were clearer. Kudos to Intuit for owning up to problems, contacting me via email about need for upgrade and . . . for the $25 refund ! I'ii use Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: Clear and concise directions, seamless import of prior data
What's not so great: None !

Turbo tax customer service rocks! if you cant find an answer in their search box you can call they if you have to wait they will call you back. I have used them for the past 3 years and they are awesome!!!

Almost Perfect

So easy to use and helpful to get max return. Wish you could transfer infromation you started on online site to any CD/Download purchased from a seperate site and wish all charges were listed upfront with no surprises at the end!!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: hidden costs
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 12 years and have absolutely loved it!! Every year it transfers all of your previous years pertinent data, including forwarded eligible credits, to the new years return. I don't see using any other tax software.
What's great about it: Walks you through all of the steps.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

turbo tax has been very useful to many years that I've been using it to do taxes. was doing taxes for more them 10 -15 people a year for the last 10 years have bought a number of your programs every year to do taxes
